By accessing or using M4A1 software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software. M4A1 is the only official domain for M4A1.

2License and Usage

A valid license is required to use M4A1. Your license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software for personal use only.

Create derivative works based on the Software

4Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, if the license has been purchased from the official website. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. In the case of a refund a permanent blacklist will be applied to the license and possibly the current user and future accounts they create.

5Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease.

6Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or without bugs.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Software.

8Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Software for any illegal purpose
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfering with or disrupting the Software or servers
Sharing or distributing cracked or pirated versions
Impersonating another user or entity

9Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
